Shipping Policy

Our shipping policies are as follows:

When you order from the website, your order will be fulfilled and shipped either by us or by our Third Party Fulfillment.

We ship from our warehouse the next day when the item is in stock. We typically ship via Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service (USPS). However, larger items may take a day or two before being shipped and may be shipped through a different carrier. We are always going to ship it through the most reliable means at the least cost to you,

Third-Party Fulfillment are orders where our providers ship directly to you. Your invoice should tell you if your order is being fulfilled by a Third Party. If so, then they will ship it to you according to the invoice. If you have any troubles with them please let us know ASAP so that you do not have to solve the issue with them alone! We are using companies that have been reliable and fair to us and we expect them to be to our customers as well.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our return policy is as follows:

When you order from us your invoice will tell you if items are being shipped from us or a Third Party Fulfillment.

If your item is coming from our warehouse then the following applies-

Returns because of a mistake made by us or the shipper (order or damage for example) we will refund your money for the return. If it is our mistake or the shipper please contact us through email at robertgheard42@gmail.com. Your reasonable satisfaction is very important to us and we want to rectify the situation ASAP.

Return on items shipped through Third Party Fulfillments will have their own return policies that will be posted on the invoice or explained on their contact information provided at check out. We realize that any issues with them do not look good on us. Therefore, we as that you contact us as well so that we can resolve this issue fairly between all three parties.
